Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00pm MST ship the same business day. All orders ship within 24 hours of confirmation.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Rates
Flat rate shipping: $14.99. Free shipping on orders over $150.
Cold-Chain Packaging
All products ship in insulated, temperature-monitored packaging with cold-chain integrity verification.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed upon shipment. You can also view tracking in your customer dashboard.
Damaged Shipments
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Damaged orders are replaced or refunded at no charge.
