Quality Guarantee

Every product ships with a batch-specific certificate of analysis. If the product does not match the advertised specifications, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report damage or fulfillment errors within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. We will replace or refund at our expense.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of research materials, opened or reconstituted products are not eligible for refund unless they fail our quality guarantee.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
